Client Extranet
Problem: Nova Consulting wanted to provide a secured web site to share information with their clients.
Solution: Twin Cities Solutions designed and implemented an extranet for Nova Consulting to capture and report their environmental, engineering, and architectural information to their clients. Clients can easily determine the current status of their environmental programs at each of their locations. They can even review the related documents and dynamic reports. The field inspectors can also use the web based tools to submit asbestos inspection information about their client sites.

Handheld Field Surveys
Problem: Field technicians at Nova Consulting perform a variety of surveys at client locations. Paper based surveys are too inefficient, Internet is not always available and laptops are heavy for field use.
Solution: Twin Cities Solutions is building a Palm based application that will allow Nova personnel to collect survey information using their Treo cell phones. The cell phones do not need to be within cell phone service for the application to work. Once the user has a good cell connection, the application will allow them to wirelessly sync their data to the central server. The data will then be available on the Client Extranet for instant reporting.
